How do I fix a "permission denied for schema public" error in my dev database?
Delete the existing dev database and create a new one. Then make sure that the app deployment completes successfully.
My app failed to build and I received an exit code

A failed build with an exit code of 1 or greater indicates that a user process has failed.
To diagnose which process failed during build, review your app’s build logs in the control panel by clicking the Activity tab and then clicking the deployment link of the failed build. You can then see the app’s build logs under the Build logs window.
