doctl compute snapshot delete <snapshot-id>... [flags]

Deletes the specified snapshot or volume. This is irreversible.


The following example deletes a Droplet snapshot with ID 386734086:

doctl compute snapshot delete 386734086


Option Description
--force , -f Delete the snapshot without confirmation
Default: false
--format Columns for output in a comma-separated list. Possible values: ID, Name, CreatedAt, Regions, ResourceId, ResourceType, MinDiskSize, Size, Tags.
--help , -h Help for this command
--no-header Return raw data with no headers
Default: false
