doctl apps restart <app id> [flags]

Restarts the specified app or some of its components.
The following example restarts an app with the ID f81d4fae-7dec-11d0-a765-00a0c91e6bf6
. Additionally, the command returns the app’s ID and status:
doctl apps restart f81d4fae-7dec-11d0-a765-00a0c91e6bf6 --format ID,Status
