How to Create a Support Ticket

All customers can contact DigitalOcean support by opening a request in the support portal. Note that you cannot open tickets on behalf of another account.

  1. Sign in to the support portal.

  2. At the top of the page, click the dropdown menu and select the team that you want to open the ticket for.

  3. In the upper right, click New Ticket to open the Submit a Support Request page.

  4. Under Create a New Support Ticket, follow the prompts to describe your issue and submit the ticket.

To open the support portal from the DigitalOcean Control Panel, click GET HELP and then Support in the left menu. Click Create a ticket in the top right of the page.

Response times and available channels (email, live chat, Slack) depend on your support plan.
