Resource Limits for Teams and Products

To manage compute capacity and risks, and ensure fair resource distribution, DigitalOcean sets resource limits. Each resource limit caps a product, such as the number of Droplets, GPU Droplets, inference usage, database clusters, and so on. Limits apply per team or per product.
As a team owner or resource modifier, you can view resource usage and increase limits for products in your team.

All tiers, except Tier 1, have access to all foundation and embedding models for creating agents. The following models are not available in Tier 1:
- Claude Opus 4, Claude Opus 4.1, Claude Opus 4.5, and Claude Opus 4.6
- Claude Sonnet 4.6
- GPT 5.2 pro and GPT 5.4 pro
- o1
- GPT-Image-1 and GPT Image 1.5

If you are in Tier 1, we invoice you at $25 increments. If you pay the invoice, we let you continue inferencing. Else, you can upgrade your tier by prepaying. If you don’t pay or don’t upgrade by prepaying, inferencing is paused.
All tiers, except Tier 1, have access to all foundation models for inferencing. The following models are not available in Tier 1:
- Claude Opus 4, Claude Opus 4.1, Claude Opus 4.5, and Claude Opus 4.6
- Claude Sonnet 4.6
