Alert Interval

An alert interval is the period of time that average usage must exceed a threshold before triggering an alert.

For example, if you’re monitoring your Droplet’s CPU usage and want to receive an alert when the Droplet’s CPU usage exceeds 90% after five minutes, the Droplet’s CPU usage must exceed the 90% threshold for a sustained five minutes before triggering an alert.

Available alert intervals are:

  • 5 minutes
  • 10 minutes
  • 30 minutes
  • 1 hour
