Creating an App using the API
In addition to creating a Droplet from the Plausible Analytics 1-Click App using the control panel, you can also use the DigitalOcean API. As an example, to create a 4GB Plausible Analytics Droplet in the SFO2 region, you can use the following curl

Getting Started After Deploying Plausible Analytics
Please wait about 5-10 minutes after droplet is created, docker containers initialization requires some time. After ssh is enabled droplet is ready to use.
On your first SSH login to the droplet or launch of the Droplet console of your Plausible Droplet 1-Click, you will be greeted by a Plausible setup script.
The first step is to select option between using personal domain or not
Personal domain:
- Requirement: Map Domain record to droplet IP
- Enter domain name
- Enter admin email, username and password
- Access the app : https://domain_name
