DigitalOcean Monitoring is a free, opt-in service that lets you track Droplet resource usage in real time, visualize performance metrics, and receive alerts via email or Slack to proactively manage your infrastructure’s health.
You must install the DigitalOcean metrics agent on all participating Droplets.
DigitalOcean Monitoring is available in all active datacenter regions. Standard and AI/ML workloads support both metrics collection and the Insights dashboard.
GPU Observability Availability
GPU Observability extends DigitalOcean Insights to include GPU-level metrics for NVIDIA and AMD GPU Droplets created using AI/ML-Ready Images.
Monitoring with GPU metrics is available in all GPU-supported regions where AI/ML Ready Droplets are offered.
You can use GPU Observability automatically with AI/ML Ready Images. For Basic Images, you can enable GPU metrics by manually installing the exporter, binding it to 127.0.0.1, reconfiguring do-agent to scrape it, and restarting do-agent.
