Upcoming Changes

• To comply with the requirements from the Slovak Republic government, as of 1 January 2025, the VAT rate for Slovakia will increase from 20% to 23%. Learn more about EU taxes.

• Customers in India are no longer required to withhold tax on DigitalOcean cloud computing services, so TDS is no longer applicable. We will continue accepting TDS Form 16A until 31 December 2024. Beginning 1 January 2025, we will no longer accept Form 16A or other documentation to issue TSD credits. Learn more about taxes in India.
