How do I purchase a Developer, Standard, or Premium support plan?

You can purchase DigitalOcean Developer, Standard, or Premium support plans from the DigitalOcean Control Panel. To purchase a plan from the control panel, click Support from the left menu and then click the Plan tab. Click the Select plan button of the plan you want to purchase and then follow the sign-up prompts.

Signing up for a DigitalOcean Developer or Standard Support plan on-boards you to the plan within 30 minutes of signing up. Signing up for a DigitalOcean Premium Support plan opens an inquiry with our Sales team and one of our sales representatives will contact you as soon as possible.
