How do I cancel or downgrade my Standard or Premium Support plan?

If you want to cancel or downgrade your support to another plan, you can open a ticket with the DigitalOcean Support team and set the following fields to these values:

  • Ticket Type - DigitalOcean Support Plan
  • Subtype - Cancel

If you are a Premium Support customer that wants to downgrade their plan, you can also contact your Technical Account Manager.
