- DigitalOcean Secrets Manager is now available in [public preview](https://docs.digitalocean.com/platform/product-lifecycle/index.html.md#public-preview). Secrets Manager stores passwords, API keys, access tokens, and other credentials as named secrets in a DigitalOcean region. You can create and update secrets in the DigitalOcean Control Panel or with [`doctl secrets`](https://docs.digitalocean.com/reference/doctl/reference/secrets/index.html.md).
