Usage

doctl completion bash [flags]

Description

Use doctl completion bash to configure your bash shell so that doctl commands autocomplete when you press the TAB key.

To review the configuration, run doctl completion bash.

To enable the configuration, add the following line to your .profile or .bashrc.

source <(doctl completion bash)

Note:

  • macOS users must install the bash-completion framework to use completion features, which can be done with homebrew:

      brew install bash-completion
    

    Once installed, edit your .profile or .bashrc file and add the following line:

      source $(brew --prefix)/etc/bash_completion
