Developers now have the capability to launch the OneLedger Full node in a matter of seconds, on our Frankenstein Testnet. By launching the full node, developers get access to the OneLedger blockchain network, where they can develop and deploy their own Solidity smart contracts and have the ability to create decentralized applications. In addition, any user can simply launch a Frankenstein Full Node in efforts to support the Frankenstein Network.
Click the Deploy to DigitalOcean button to create a Droplet based on this 1-Click App. If you aren’t logged in, this link will prompt you to log in with your DigitalOcean account.
In addition to creating a Droplet from the Frankenstein Testnet Fullnode 1-Click App using the control panel, you can also use the DigitalOcean API. As an example, to create a 4GB Frankenstein Testnet Fullnode Droplet in the SFO2 region, you can use the following curl
command. You need to either save your API access token) to an environment variable or substitute it in the command below.
curl -X POST -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
-H 'Authorization: Bearer '$TOKEN'' -d \
'{"name":"choose_a_name","region":"sfo2","size":"s-2vcpu-4gb","image": "oneledger-frankensteintest"}' \

Connect to machine via SSH: ssh root@your_droplet_public_ipv4
Go to data directory: cd $OLDATA
Initialize Fullnode: /usr/local/bin/fullnodeStartup
Run this command multiple times to make sure Fullnode is catchingup: olclient validatorset
