# ERPNext, CRM, HRMS & the Frappe App Ecosystem by Vyogo

Generated on 23 Sep 2026 from [the ERPNext, CRM, HRMS & the Frappe App Ecosystem by Vyogo catalog page](https://marketplace.digitalocean.com/apps/erpnext-crm-hrms-the-frappe-app-ecosystem-by-vyogo)

The ERPNext, CRM, HRMS & Frappe App Ecosystem Droplet by Vyogo Technologies delivers an instant, production-ready ERPNext appliance in under two minutes, with MariaDB, Redis, Nginx, and the full Frappe stack pre-configured out of the box. Powered by the FPM (Frappe Package Manager) catalog at [https://fpm.vyogo.tech](https://fpm.vyogo.tech), you can install ecosystem apps like CRM, HRMS, and Helpdesk with pre-compiled assets, avoiding CPU-heavy yarn build steps and out-of-memory crashes. Enterprise security comes built in: a UFW firewall, Fail2ban, randomized root credentials, and one-command Let’s Encrypt SSL via Certbot. Need to scale further? Deploy the companion Kubernetes Operator listing on the DigitalOcean Marketplace, or use fully managed Vyogo Cloud at [https://console.vyogo.cloud](https://console.vyogo.cloud).

## Creating an App using the API

In addition to creating a Droplet from the ERPNext, CRM, HRMS & the Frappe App Ecosystem by Vyogo 1-Click App using the control panel, you can also use the [DigitalOcean API](https://docs.digitalocean.com/reference/api). As an example, to create a 4GB ERPNext, CRM, HRMS & the Frappe App Ecosystem by Vyogo Droplet in the SFO2 region, you can use the following `curl` command. You need to either save your [API access token](https://docs.digitalocean.com/reference/api/create-personal-access-token/index.html.md) to an environment variable or substitute it in the command below.

```shell
curl -X POST -H 'Content-Type: application/json' \
         -H 'Authorization: Bearer '$TOKEN'' -d \
        '{"name":"choose_a_name","region":"sfo2","size":"s-2vcpu-4gb","image":"vyogotechnologie-erpnextcrmhrmsth"}' \
        "https://api.digitalocean.com/v2/droplets"
```

## Getting Started After Deploying ERPNext, CRM, HRMS & the Frappe App Ecosystem by Vyogo

1. Access your Droplet via SSH: ssh root@
2. The login banner displays your credentials immediately. They are also permanently stored at: cat /root/.vybench_credentials
3. Access ERPNext in your web browser: http:// — log in as user ‘Administrator’ with the generated password.
4. Add a custom domain: vybench.bench setup add-domain yourdomain.com && snap restart vybench
5. Enable HTTPS / Let’s Encrypt SSL: certbot –nginx -d yourdomain.com
6. Install additional apps from FPM (e.g. HRMS, CRM): vybench.fpm install hrms && vybench.bench –site install-app hrms
7. Manage stack services: snap services vybench / snap restart vybench
8. Persistent storage: add a Block Storage volume while creating the Droplet (Additional Storage). The login banner reports whether site data is on that volume or on the Droplet disk. A volume attached later is picked up on the next reboot.
